In Pasco County, sport is our nature year-round! We have the ultimate terrain for cycling, running, multi-sport events and team tournaments. Our fields host major lacrosse and soccer championships, along with golf, street hockey, bowling and equestrian events. Check out a sampling of our sport events and come play in Pasco!
Next up something savage this way comes! The Savage Race, April 13th, at the Little Everglades Ranch in Dade City. Six miles of of savage terrain, obstacles, mud and water crossings. Oh, did we mention beer? Register now because the waves are filling up fast.
Dade City is the host of several top running and cycling events year round. One of the State’s longest running cycling events is the Race for Humanity every second weekend of February and the State's Cyclocross Championships are hosted at the Little Everglades Ranch in January. New running and obstacle events have joined the Pasco venue line-up like Savage Race and Dirty Girl Mud Run or themed runs like the Frankenfooter and Zombie Run.
Championship Lacrosse - Since 2008, Pasco has hosted the Dick's Sporting Goods Tournament of Champions, bringing more than 80 teams from around the U.S. and Canada. In addition, the Wesley Chapel Athletic Association hosts several lacrosse tournaments throughout the year at the Wesley Chapel District Park.
Southern Region Speed Skating - A qualifying event for the National Championships, the speed skating finals brings the region's top in-line speed skaters to Spinnations in Port Richey. About a mile from Spinnations it the All Sports Arena. The Arena hosts a number of events including two Street Ball Hockey tournaments that welcome fans and teams from across North America!
